No unresolved counterfeit, non-delivery, or COA-forgery reports on file. 2026-08-11: THE CANLAB INJUNCTION IS NOW CONFIRMED GRANTED - AND THE FIREWALL HOLDS. NO CHECK STATE CHANGED; QUARANTINE INTACT. Global News reports Health Canada was GRANTED A PERMANENT INJUNCTION against CANLAB RESEARCH, which may no longer sell, distribute or advertise unauthorized injectable peptides in Canada (reported via the Partnership for Safe Medicines roundup of 2026-08-03). The 2026-08-06 note recorded this as a July action; it is now confirmed as granted. THIS CHANGES NOTHING FOR THIS VENDOR, AND THAT IS THE POINT. Canlab Research (Quebec) is NOT Canada Peptides (this row, plural, no website on file); is NOT 'Canada Peptide' (singular - the subject of Health Canada advisory RA-77807 of 2025-08-01, which names no domain); and is NOT 'Prime Research' (a separate Health Canada advisory). That is four similarly-named Canadian entities and three distinct regulatory actions, ZERO of which are attributable to this row on any source read to date. DO NOT LET THE CONFIRMATION OF A REAL ACTION AGAINST A SIMILAR NAME BECOME A REASON TO MOVE A CHECK ON THIS VENDOR - that is precisely the failure mode this quarantine exists to prevent. All six checks stay PENDING. What would actually resolve this remains unchanged: a domain-level confirmation from Health Canada, or a seizure or court record naming a storefront. Nothing short of that should touch this record. || PRIOR: 2026-08-06: FIRST-EVER NAME SWEEP - AND IT SURFACED A DOCUMENTED REGULATORY ACTION AGAINST A NEAR-IDENTICAL NAME THAT THIS RUN COULD NOT ATTRIBUTE. NOTHING HERE IS PUBLISHABLE. Health Canada public advisory RA-77807, issued 2025-08-01, states: 'Health Canada is warning the public of seized unauthorized injectable peptide drugs from Canada Peptide. The products were being sold via the company's website... Health Canada has not authorized any of the products that were seized or sold on the company's website... Selling unauthorized drugs is illegal in Canada.' The affected-products table lists roughly 45 compounds including BPC-157, CJC-1295, retatrutide, tirzepatide, semax and TB-500. THE ATTRIBUTION PROBLEM IS SERIOUS AND UNRESOLVED. The advisory names 'CANADA PEPTIDE' (SINGULAR) and NEVER STATES A DOMAIN; neither does the newswire release. The directory row is 'Canada Peptides' (PLURAL) with no website on file. A live canadapeptide.com exists and would fit, but NO SOURCE connects it to the seizure. Separately, 'Canada Peptides' (plural) is a distinct MANUFACTURER BRAND (CanadaBioLabs) sold through third-party resellers - a different kind of entity entirely. Also in the field: canadapeptideshop.ca, canadapeptidesupply.ca. no_scam_flags is held at PENDING and NOT failed: this is the single highest-consequence attribution risk in the directory, and it needs a domain-level confirmation from Health Canada or a seizure/court record before it touches a vendor record. EXPLICITLY UNRELATED, do not attribute: Health Canada obtained a permanent injunction against CANLAB RESEARCH (Quebec) in July 2026, and holds a separate advisory against 'PRIME RESEARCH'. Different companies.
