Everything in the Supplier Stack runs on one promise, the same one the vendor directory runs on: you can pay for presentation, never for position, verification, ratings, or reviews. This page is the full policy.
Every provider — free or paying — must meet these to appear in the directory:
A provider that does not qualify cannot be listed at any price.
Verification is evidence-based. It checks the legal entity, accreditations (for example ISO/IEC 17025 confirmed with the issuing body for labs, or bar membership for legal counsel), and reference interviews — and cross-references our own data (for instance, whether a lab's name already appears on COAs we've reviewed). A provider may pay a processing fee for this work, but the outcome depends only on the evidence. The fee never buys the badge. If verification fails, the fee is refunded minus cost.
Featured placement is a paid, clearly labeled sponsored band, capped per category. The organic list below it follows a fixed, published order — Verified first, then rating, then alphabetical — that is not for sale. Ratings and reviews come only from real, moderated sources, are never invented, never edited or removed by the provider, and never purchasable. Provider-supplied content (about, case studies) is labeled as such.
Every request is reviewed by a human before it is routed to matching providers. Providers only see your details if they accept the request. Self-referrals and fabricated requests result in delisting.
For research use only. Listing a provider is not a health, safety, or quality endorsement. Questions: Team@peptidewatchdogs.com.
