Adding it without wrecking the peptide

Let both vials reach room temperature first.
Draw the BAC water, then let it run down the inside wall of the peptide vial — don't blast it directly onto the powder.
Swirl gently. Never shake — peptides are fragile and shaking can denature them.
Wait for a clear solution. Cloudy or particulate-filled is a red flag.

Storage & shelf life

Unopened BAC water keeps until its printed date. Once punctured, it's good for roughly 28 days refrigerated. A reconstituted peptide vial follows the shorter of the two dates — keep it cold (2–8 °C), out of light, and label it with the date you mixed it.
